“Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” Ephesians 4:31-32

Good Morning. We live in ‘get even’ times. In days where we applaud vengeance. Where there is delight in someone’s failures more than celebration in one’s success.

I encourage you to be the person that takes the position of joy. Is an agent of hope to the hopeless. Forgives without needing justice. Loves because Christ loved you first.

“To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head.” Romans 12:20

Be the person whose kindness unsettles those desiring conflict and discord. Be genuine in a disingenuous World.

Today commit to stand out by standing in someone’s corner who desperately needs an advocate of love, hope, help, care, joy. Stand in the gap for someone holding on by their fingertips. Grab their desperate hands and show them the love that is so often professed and seldom expressed through a servant’s heart in action.

You are God’s beloved creation. He is deserving of our best and that is all he asks. Be Christ’s son or daughter in action. Commit your heart and He will do wonderful and marvelous things through you.

Be someone’s Hope Agent today. Walk out of the prison of anger and bitterness by forgiving as Jesus forgives us.

You’ve got this.
